As a Licensed Title Insurance Agent with nearly a decade of industry experience, Katrina has built a reputation for delivering calm guidance, proactive communication, and seamless closings from contract to close.
Since 2015, she has cultivated deep expertise across every stage of the closing process, from title examination and issue resolution to settlement coordination and final disbursement.

With over four years of experience in the Florida title industry, Ashley plays an integral role at Florida Title Biz, supporting smooth and efficient real estate transactions from contract to closing.
She is deeply involved in the closing process, coordinating documentation, maintaining accuracy across files, and ensuring clear, timely communication with clients, real estate professionals, and team members.
As a commissioned Notary Public, Ashley is entrusted with facilitating critical document signings, helping to ensure accuracy, compliance, and a seamless closing experience for all parties involved.
Known for her strong organizational skills, proactive mindset, and attention to detail, Ashley anticipates needs, resolves issues efficiently, and helps keep transactions moving forward without delay.
She takes pride in delivering reliable, detail-oriented support while creating a positive and professional experience that reflects the high standard of service at Florida Title Biz.
Outside of the office, Ashley enjoys spending time with her nieces and nephews, who mean the world to her. She is also a devoted dog owner, and her fur baby holds a special place in her everyday life.
